2024 Bush Track Aglianico

A two acre planting form the neighbouring Walpole Vineyard. A widely respected Italian variety prized for its deep fruit flavours, firm structural fruit tannins and high natural acidity.

Deep maroon with vibrant purple hues. Fragrant and floral, violet, musk, rose petal and lavender.

Intense fruit flavours of black cherry, bramble and damson plum. Attractive ‘light and shade’ character with primary fruit balanced by savoury tones of clove, anise and amaro bitters. Woven with fine fruit tannin, and carried along on an undercurrent of fine natural acidity.
