Very attractive pale salmon colour, this Rosé has vibrant orange blossom aromas along with fresh raspberry notes. The palate has bright crunchy berry flavours with a soft creamy texture leading to a gentle dry finish.
Made from Shiraz and given 6 hours skin contact prior to pressing. Cold settled overnight, prior to racking and inoculation with selected yeast. Cool fermented in stainless steel and left on lees for 2 months post fermentation, prior to clarification, filtration and bottling.
