BUSH TRACK WINES

Bob and Helen McNamara planted their Bush Track vineyard in 1987. Located in the hills of Whorouly South, at the southern end of the Ovens Valley, overlooking the Beechworth plateau, they grow Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay and Sangiovese. Chemical use is kept to a minimum as they work on achieving natural balance in the vineyard environment.

Always hands-on, when it came to establishing the vineyard, Bob cut the posts from the bush and dug them into place himself. Today this approach continues, as Bob and Helen put their 30 years of grape growing experience to good use, taking care of the vineyard themselves, from pruning to canopy and vineyard management and hand-picking their grapes.
