
The nose is quite complex with citrus and fresh stone fruit layered with flint, oatmeal, and a hint of clotted cream. The palate really delivers with ruby grapefruit flavours and a harmonious creamy texture driven by lively acidity which brings the wine to a very focussed persistent finish.
Hand picked and whole bunch pressed direct to barrel, one third new french. Fermented with indigenous yeast and matured on lees for 9 months prior to filtration and bottling. Bottle matured for 9 months prior to release.
